Lily Chameli by Anna Lou operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalised shopping experience (the “Services”). Lily Chameli by Anna Lou uses Shopify's platform to provide the Services.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Lily Chameli by Anna Lou reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is accepted only after written confirmation from Lily Chameli by Anna Lou. We must receive and process your payment before your order is confirmed. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Lily Chameli by Anna Lou may be unable to accept cancellation requests once an order is confirmed. If we reject, change or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided with the order.
Your purchases are subject to the return or exchange terms in our Refund Policy Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, not commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties and import charges.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. We disclaim responsibility for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Lily Chameli by Anna Lou's names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Lily Chameli by Anna Lou, its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without Lily Chameli by Anna Lou's prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are Shopify trademarks. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the Services, you may use customer tools provided by third parties which we neither monitor nor control and to which we have no input.

Lily Chameli by Anna Lou is powered by Shopify, allowing us to provide the Services. However, any sale or purchase in our Store is directly with Lily Chameli by Anna Lou. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Lily Chameli by Anna Lou, including any damage, harm or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with Lily Chameli by Anna Lou.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provision which by its nature should survive termination.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Lily Chameli by Anna Lou, OUR PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSEES, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS OR DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THEM, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT OR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM USING THE SERVICES OR CONTENT OR PRODUCTS POSTED, TRANSMITTED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lily Chameli by Anna Lou, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against all losses, damages, liabilities or third-party claims, including reasonable lawyers' fees, arising from (1) your breach of these Terms or documents incorporated by reference; (2) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of covered claims, but failure to notify promptly does not relieve your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defence and settlement of a claim at your expense, including choosing legal counsel, but will not settle a claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which you may not unreasonably withhold. You will cooperate in defending covered claims, including providing relevant documents.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion is deemed severed. This determination does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
